About CycleCare

A workshop built around real riding needs

CycleCare handles everyday bicycle maintenance with clear inspection, careful adjustments, and straightforward communication.

Practical bicycle care in Tveit

We work with everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders who need dependable servicing for regular use. From safety checks to tune-ups, brake work, drivetrain adjustments, and puncture repairs, each bicycle is assessed before any extra work is approved.

Our workshop follows a clear process from intake and inspection to repair, quality check, and collection summary. That keeps the work easy to follow and helps you understand what was done and what may need attention later.

Our story

How CycleCare grew

CycleCare was built to make bicycle servicing easier to understand, easier to plan, and easier to collect on time.

2019Years in business
Inspection-led and practicalService approach
01

Started for local riders

CycleCare was founded by Oskar Jensen in 2019 to serve cyclists who wanted a neighborhood workshop with a clear process and realistic timelines. The focus has stayed on general bicycle servicing and repairs rather than unnecessary upselling.

02

Clear inspections first

Customers are first given a mechanical inspection, then a scope is confirmed before repair work begins. If parts are needed, they are ordered only after compatibility and price have been checked, so the service stays transparent and practical.

03

Repairs with approval

Reviews often mention the clear explanation of inspection findings, the consistent brake and gear adjustments, and the service summary given at collection. That kind of feedback reflects the way the workshop works every day.

What we stand for

Simple standards that guide every job

Our work is organized around clarity, careful repair, and service that fits everyday cycling.

TC

Inspection first

We start with inspection, not assumptions. That helps define urgent work, optional maintenance, and the right next step for each bicycle.

AD

Approved work only

Customers receive approval before additional work begins. The scope stays clear, and the repair plan stays aligned with the bicycle's actual condition.

PT

Practical repairs

We service common wear points such as brakes, gears, tyres, and general tune-up needs, with parts ordered only after compatibility is confirmed.

QC

Checked before handover

Every bicycle goes through a quality check before collection, followed by a concise service summary so you know what was completed.
